Another day on the Country Strong express, another day of loving and hating Gwyneth Paltrow. On the love side, when asked how she would celebrate if Country Strong were nominated for a Golden Globe (it was not), Paltrow replied, “With a joint, hanging out with my girlfriends, I don’t know, I don’t expect anything from that.” On the less love side, talking about her performance in Country Strong, Gwyneth does not try to manage expectations: “You know, last night when I was watching the film, I thought, this is the best job I’ve ever done.” She’s doing it on purpose, right?
