MTV plans to put Snooki inside of a ball that will drop in Times Square on New Year’s Eve. (It will probably not be the legit New Year’s Eve ball, seeing as actual adults should not have to ring in 2011 with a tiny, orange person they cannot identify.) If Snooki’s presence is not enough to lure you to Times Square to celebrate, know that the rest of the Jersey Shore cast members will be there, too, attempting to lead the crowd in some sort of record-breaking fist-pumping event, while reminding everyone the third season of their show starts on January 6.
