Vulture reader Katrina Elder says she spotted the Exit Through the Gift Shop auteur last night just below Melrose, and when caught in the act (he’s been in town the past month to hype his Oscar nomination), Banksy “threw down a few stickers that say ‘DESIRE OBTAIN CHERISH.’” UPDATE: It isn’t Banksy’s after all, as another street artist is claiming it.
