Tracy Morgan Has Some Real Talk for Charlie Sheen

Though Tracy Morgan’s 30 Rock character recently abandoned his comedy and left behind a show-runner in crisis, Morgan has no sympathy for Charlie Sheen’s similar, real-life story arc. “Charlie Sheen ain’t funny to me,” Morgan told PopEater. “I think that’s a train wreck and I feel bad for his two little kids because they’re the bodies being pulled out of the train wreck. What’s going to happen to them? But everybody thinks it’s a joke. While this asshole is going on stage making a fool of himself, his kids are going to suffer and don’t even know it because this is a cycle of abuse.” Instead, Morgan — who had two of his children while still a teenager — recommends the kind of premature parenthood usually left to MTV docudramas: “You’ve got society telling young boys and girls not to have kids [but] you can have kids at a young age,” he said. “I grew up with my kids. I wasn’t 50 years old when I decided to have my child so I can’t play because I’ve got arthritis or we don’t listen to the same music … No, have your children when you’re young and grow.” Who knew that taking someone behind the middle school and getting them pregnant could be an actual philosophy to live by?
