Adam Levine didn’t get enough amateur-singer yuks on The Voice, so he’s expanding his reach to a karaoke-bar comedy. The Maroon 5 front man and Voice softie just sold a scripted ensemble comedy to NBC; he’s set to executive produce and Jake Kasdan (Bad Teacher) will direct the pilot, written by Levine’s former roommate Gene Hong.
