Black Swan screenwriter Mark Heyman has turned his nightmare-prone gaze to the polluted, dangerous world of social networking. Lionsgate has acquired Heyman’s new script, XOXO, which Variety says is “Fatal Attraction for the digital age.” Darren Aronofsky will produce the movie, which centers on an up-and-coming engaged male executive who starts an online flirtation and “soon discovers that his Internet romance is seeping into his actual life in a deadly way.” We can feel our cuticles peeling off already! Luckily for young Hollywood, there isn’t an extreme diet or exercise regimen associated with Facebook-stalking. [Variety]
