Tom Travis's mother called him in sick from school in England so he could D.J. the Teen Vogue party here in New York. Records took up most of his luggage, so he could only pack two outfits to wear during his 36-hour stay. But even in that short time, Tom has come to understand Fashion Week better than most veterans: "It's always fun to sort of stand around and look lovely."
