• After staging a Fendi show on the Great Wall of China in Beijing, Karl Lagerfeld has decided to stage the Fall 08 presentation in the LVMH courtyard in Paris next week. This prevents the fashion set from having to travel so far and allows Fendi to promote the opening of the new Fendi store in Paris, the back doors of which open to the courtyard. Synergy much? [WWD]
