In the spring show season, Ukrainian model Viktoriya Sasonkina slowly found her niche, it seemed, walking for young designers like Danielle Scutt and Peter Jensen. But just a season later, she hit the runways for megawatt shows like Versace, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Vivienne Westwood. With a haunting, elfin quality and blonde tresses that rival Tanya D.’s, Sasonkina clocks in at just over five foot nine. And the stunner signed with Women Model Management earlier this year, home to some fairly big names: Natasha Poly and Isabeli Fontana. This year, Sasonkina’s already got a L’Officiel editorial and a sizable twenty pages in April’s Cover magazine. Consider her momentum officially built. —Kendall Herbst
