You know how every party has that guy? The person who does the tacky thing that all the guests kind of secretly wishes they could do but would never in favor of maintaining their dignity? Well, Bryant Park has that guy. Oh yes. He was videotaped heckling people walking in and out of the backstage entrance to the tents earlier this week (he appeared to be drunk). He sounds like Anchorman's Ron Burgundy, shouting, "Oh, oh! Oh my God — you're delicious!" and "You're a cougar. You are a cougar!!" Click through to watch the video.
