Paris Fashion Week has begun! Gareth Pugh showed a two-toned spring 2009 collection — his first in Paris. Balmain showed some to-die-for jackets in addition to its expected skimpy (yet delightful) frocks. See-through skirts permeated John Galliano's collection for Christian Dior. And A.F.
