Heidi Montag said she plans to design, ahem, her wedding dress. Her boyfriend, Spencer Pratt, says they shall wed “very soon.” She's sure to come up with something timeless and dreamy. Will it be short? Zebra-printed? Bust-enhancing? Sequined? All of the above? The quarter-inch inseam's the limit!
