We spotted this "everything must go" sign on the door of Helen Wang on Mercer Street yesterday. The shopgirl told us the store's closing owing to lease issues (probably unaffordable — go figure). But now Wang's line of flirty cocktail dresses, black-tie gowns, and wedding dresses are all 50 to 80 percent off. Evening dresses that were $1,500 are now $450 and cocktail dresses that were $500 are now $200. The sale runs through Tuesday, September 30, when the lease is up.
