Kimora Lee Simmons celebrated a decade of Baby Phat at the Roseland Ballroom on the last day of Fashion Week, and she reflected on the success that got her this far. "Hard work, dedication, perseverance — God. Really, God. It's by the grace of God that I'm not homeless on the street." Speaking of God, what does she think about Sarah Palin? "Her choice of shoes is wrong, for me," she said, quite seriously. "I think she needs a nice, fierce pump, honey. Those open-toe, old, Gucci-looking throwbacks with the buckle on the front? Open-toe! With a French manicure on her toe? I'm sorry. I think she needs to be a little more refined." At this point Simmons became heated: “And she should stop jumpin' on them caribous!” she shouted. “Get off of them caribous, girl, and leave 'em alone!”
