"Where else can you walk around head to toe in lime green and still look fantastic?" she says. A lot has changed since she last visited Mumbai in 1977, like the emergence of boutiques "of the feeling and the look … of Collette." And of course, there was the glittery stuff. "The bedazzler, I guess, was invented in India. We've just seen a show — there were more Swarovski crystals than I've ever seen in my life."
