M.C. Hammer probably wishes he'd invested in harem pants right about now, because they're coming back in a big way. We spotted the droopy drawers on the spring 2009 runways of Phi, Proenza Schouler, Miss Sixty, Nicole Miller, Doo.Ri, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Dries Van Noten, among others. And that's not even counting the non-runway lines that are popping up at stores now. But the thing is, we wonder if people actually wear these things. The answer is a resounding yes.
