Kate Winslet Throws a Fit

Kate Winslet is not so happy about her sexy Catherine Deneuve spread in Vanity Fair, shot by Steven Meisel. It's not the eyeful of skin that's got her up in arms, but rather, the fur throw, which she was apparently told was fake. Turns out it's the real deal. A magazine spokeswoman told the Daily News, "Although there were both real and fake furs on set, the fur used in the photograph is real. We thought Ms. Winslet was aware of this, and we're sorry for the miscommunication." Which makes us wonder — couldn't Kate tell the difference? Sure, faux furs have come a long way, but you can still feel if one's real.
