Steve & Barry's filed for bankruptcy late last night, less than five months after its first Chapter 11 filing. Less than three months ago, Bay Harbour Management and York Capital Management rescued the 276-store chain with $168 million. However, in These Economic Times, no one has money to rescue Steve & Barry's again, so the chain plans to liquidate.
