Last night Britney Spears made her comeback official by kicking off her Circus tour in New Orleans. Dsquared2 designed the costumes, and they dazzled. Nipple tassels, cheetah headdresses, crystal-encrusted bras — they were all there, with a decided dearth of pants. But we won't dwell on her exposed upper thighs too much, since the costumes were provocative, interesting, thoughtfully crafted, and most importantly, sparkly, which is all we ask for in the way of pop-star stage garb.
