Here's a new recession stunt: JoS. A. Bank Clothiers is promising to refund the price of a suit if the person who buys it between March 16 and April 9 loses his job. And they'll throw in the suit for him to keep. It's kind of a depressing promotion, especially because the suits on sale are only $199, which probably won't even last you two weeks in New York. But, hey, at least it's a silver lining. [Luxist]
