Lady Gaga is reportedly being stopped by the police in various cities for walking around in public wearing only panties instead of proper bottoms. She says that most recently, authorities confronted her in Chicago when she stepped out in hot pants. She yelled at the cop, “It’s fashion! I’m an artist!” She adds, “I think no-pants is sexy.
