Once upon a time, a girl ordered a pair of jeans online from Hot Skinny Jeans. When they arrived, she tried them on and decided the wash didn't suit her liking. So she sent them in for an exchange and received a package back two weeks later with the jeans, informing her they couldn't be exchanged because they had been worn. She called to complain, and the owner of the company asked her, "What have you been doing on your knees? I don't want to know." No exchange was offered. [Consumerist]
