Proenza Schouler designer Jack McCollough's people have finally issued a statement on Kiefer Sutherland's alleged head-butting of the designer following the Met gala. "Anyone who knows Jack McCollough knows that he would not hurt a fly," says a rep for McCollough. "All we can say at this point is that he was the victim of a vicious, violent, unprovoked assault and that the matter is in the hands of the authorities." McCollough was photographed walking around New York with a cut on his nose. Sutherland is supposed to turn himself in to police today. [People, DI]
