Kiefer Sutherland and Jack McCollough Made Up

You know two famous people in dispute have resolved things when they issue a joint statement. Such is the case with 24 star Kiefer Sutherland and Jack McCollough, the Proenza Schouler designer Sutherland is accused of head-butting at a Met gala after-party. In the statement, issued through Sutherland's lawyer, the actor apologized and McCollough accepted the apology. So charges could be dropped at Sutherland's next scheduled court appearance on June 22. If not, it's no big deal — the third-degree assault charge is comparable to a speeding ticket. [NYT]
