The jury in the trial to decide if Forever 21 knowingly knocked off some Trovata designs was unable to reach a verdict, citing irreconcilable differences. Today the judge declared the case a mistrial. So that means half of the eight-person jury, composed of six men and two women, thought Forever 21 knew just what they were doing when they allegedly ripped off the Trovata pieces.
