Saggy Pants Might Not Be Banned in Tennessee

First a Florida town bans saggy pants, and now, Tennessee is considering it. But Robert Cooper Jr., the state's attorney general, advised legislators that the Saggy Pants Bill — which would ban anyone from wearing low pants in public and exposing their underwear or butts — is unconstitutional. Cooper wants the bill shot down because he says it's too vague and interferes with the idea of, you know, freedom. [UPI via Jezebel]
