Michael Jackson went to the doctor in Beverly Hills wearing the second-most-famous jacket from the spring 2009 Balmain collection, thrown casually over a T-shirt with Smurfs on it. What — he has to save all multi-thousand-dollar items of apparel for dinner at the Ivy or something? [Grazia]
