The travails of the still-homeless Olivier Theyskens and the saga of Esteban Cortazar's rocky marriage with Emanuel Ungaro cycle on without resolution. Theyskens appears to still be on the job hunt, as the parent company of Schiaparelli, where speculation had him headed (after the Halston, Lanvin, and other rumors, of course), plans to wait until 2011 to relaunch the line. For his part, Cortazar, whose fitful relationship with employer Emanuel Ungaro has included corporate backbiting, legal threats, and Lindsay Lohan, says the two are, "trying to work things out." Unemployed. Waiting on pink slips. Designers really are just like us.
