Hairstylists and makeup artists flexed their creative muscles at the couture shows this week. The hair at Jean Paul Gaultier ranged from tall updos to Hollywood glamour, while Chanel featured bows and flowers made out of loose strands. Elie Saab dusted white shadow on the eyes in a mask shape. Christian Lacroix and Valentino both played up shimmery eyes and rosy-peach cheeks, keeping it simple yet beautiful. Pat McGrath meticulously painted each face with a different lip color and eye shadow scheme at Christian Dior. And Aaron de Mey placed rhinestones and sequins on models' faces one by one at Givenchy.
