Urban Outfitters is yet again expanding its accessories department, with two new collaborations. Hat designer Eugenia Kim has signed on to do a collection of toppers named Eek!; and Annie Costello Brown, a Los Angeles jewelry designer known for her big baubles and leather pieces, is designing a line of statement necklaces named Clea.
