Jil Sander’s new collection for Uniqlo is one of this fall’s most anticipated. She signed on as creative director in March, her first fashion venture since leaving her eponymous label in 2004. Ever the tease, Uniqlo is slowly rolling out details on her line, like the name: +J. (They couldn’t use “Jil Sander,” since the company that owns Jil Sander retains the rights to it.) Jil Sander will oversee all products sold at Uniqlo, but for now she’s focusing on the new line. A launch date has not been set, but at least we know white shirts — and probably some ironing — will be involved. [WWD]
