A chemist in St. Petersburg, Florida, is suing Lindsay Lohan for stealing the formula for her Sevin Nyne self-tanning spray. Jennifer Sunday's lawyer says it would have been impossible for Lohan and her business partners to create the mist over the past three years, as she claims, because Sunday only recently completed the ingredients. Sunday is seeking some of Lohan's Sevin Nyne profits. Hopefully she hasn't blown them all on crop tops by now. [St. Petersberg Times]
