We've spent plenty of time rejoicing over Garrett Neff unclothed, and so today, in the interest of trying new things, we'll take a moment to enjoy him clothed. In a new editorial for Japanese GQ, Neff models the latest in summer chic, which is all about three things: navy, short shorts, and ankle-baring pants. Finally Thom Browne's preferred cut is catching on. We've been fans of short pants on men for ages.
