Last night a bevy of fashion's elite turned out for the official premiere of The September Issue at the MoMA. Anna may love printed dresses, but most ladies in attendance turned up in solid fare. Perhaps they wanted to play it safe under Wintour's potentially judgmental eyes, though Tory Burch took a pretty big risk with a very eye-catching handbag. Vera Wang and Donna Karan looked divine in black. Zac Posen wore very slim skinny jeans. Bee Shaffer chose a simple short-sleeve purple dress. And Yigal Azrouël attended with an anonymous date!
