No matter how much of a warrior you may be this Fashion Week, Marchesa partner Keren Craig has you trumped: She gamely greeted attendees at the Marchesa presentation yesterday — after giving birth on Monday. “It’s been interesting,” she said in an understatement that can only be attributed to her being British. “I’ve been so lucky — I had a very easy pregnancy and an easy birth.” Craig said that Marchesa’s other partner, Georgina Chapman, took over, “so I walked in and she had done everything.” On top of that, Chapman and her husband, Harvey Weinstein, gave her “the best gift ever,” a baby nurse, so Craig felt at ease leaving the infant, a girl named Delilah, for a few hours. She plans to take an unspecified amount of time off to bond with baby, but Craig’s immediate plans were solid: “I’m going to go home and sleep after this.”
