Christian Siriano debuted his spring 2010 shoe line for Payless at his runway show in September with talon-heeled footwear that sent one model nearly toppling. But Payless is toning down the claw shoes for the masses, according to a photograph of the spring samples, by simply plastering the blue-and-orange ocean-inspired fabric of the designer's collection onto plain pumps.
