Heidi Montag-Pratt Is Not Doing a Fragrance for HSN

Reports surfaced over the weekend that Heidi Montag-Pratt inked a deal to launch a fragrance with HSN. However, an HSN spokesperson tells us a fragrance deal with Montag is pure rumor, and is not happening. The network has no plans to collaborate with the Hills star in the future. Damn. We were so looking forward to knowing what Mrs. Pratt smells like.
