Vivienne Westwood Likes the Homeless Look for Men’s Grooming; Procter & Gamble to Launch E-Store

HAIR
• For Vivienne Westwood's fall 2010 menswear show, the designer charged her beauty team with creating homeless-chic models. That translated into hair that was matted down with powder, as to give the illusion of early-morning frost. [Beauty Counter/Style.com]

• Charles Baker Strahan, celebrity hairstylist for Herbal Essences, counts Leighton Meester among his most valued clients. Their relationship is mutually beneficial — the stylist lives in Meester's building, so he's pretty much on call for her hair emergencies all the time. [Makeup Loves Me]

MAKEUP
• Procter & Gamble is planning to launch an e-store this spring, which is exciting because it means you would be able to get products like Olay, SK-II, CoverGirl, and more right from the manufacturer, rather than a retailer. [Retailer Daily]

• Abigail Breslin, 13, is going through a blue eye-shadow phase. [Nylon]

PLASTIC SURGERY
• After going on the cover of People magazine and saying she is addicted to plastic surgery, Heidi Montag is taking back her statement. "I think I look like myself. I think I just look like a different, improved version of myself." [NYDN]
