Katy Perry’s Hemline Goes Both Ways
At the annual American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers awards in Hollywood last night, Katy Perry wore a dress by Manish Arora. The hemline looked like a mullet — short in the front, long in the back — a trend we saw a lot during the spring 2009 season. She also wore Jimmy Choo shoes.
