The Fashion Press Just Noticed Abaeté Closed Months Ago
The Daily reports that designer Laura Poretzky's label Abaeté is closed and stopped production in October of last year. Abaeté, which drew a decent celebrity following to its Fashion Week shows, was the first designer label to do a collection for Payless ShoeSource. Poretzky didn't respond to requests for comment.
