The strikingly bright, cherry-red hue is liquid enough to keep lips hydrated, but doesn’t feel sticky or cheaply slick. A few dabs are enough to provide a rich, ScarJo-esque color that doesn’t demand constant retouching. And though we didn’t notice any real lip-plumping, the tingling sensation after application is a pleasant side effect.
