PPR to Buy Burberry?
Burberry has been rolling in it all on its own without the help of a parent company, but rumors are going around that PPR is interested in buying the label. PPR has $1.23 billion in cash lying around, and another $7.74 billion in credit, so it could afford Burberry, which currently has a market value of $5.7 billion. [WWD]
