Burberry Sues Variazoni Boutiques for Selling Fake Merchandise, Again

Burberry has slapped upscale boutique chain Variazoni with a $2 million lawsuit for selling counterfeit copies of their merchandise, including trench coats, shirts, and quilted jackets. This is the second time the store has been accused of peddling fakes: In June 2009, they were caught selling 86 Burberry knockoffs and "promised" in a signed contract to never do it again. You would think boutiques would be selling you the real thing when it comes to designer merch. [She Finds]
