Suze Yalof Schwartz Leaves Glamour to Work on Her Tennis Serve

Suze Yalof Schwartz has been Glamour’s executive fashion editor at large for fourteen years, but today she announced she’ll be leaving her post and decamping to California. “My husband Marc has just been named the chief investment officer by the Broad Foundations, and this was a wonderful opportunity for him and our family,” Yalof Schwartz explained. And while she’s looking forward to spending more time with her three sons, she does have some regrets about the move. “I essentially had a dream job, doing countless talk shows and TV appearances. I’m probably going to miss New York’s Fashion Week the most. It will be weird to be on the other side of the country in September!”

Suze Yalof Schwartz plans to use her newfound downtime to do West Coast–y things like drive convertibles and work on her tennis serve. But it seems like she won’t be out of the limelight for long. “Hopefully, I’ll find some spokesperson opportunities, and in the future, maybe have my own show as well,” she admitted. “Those are my Los Angeles goals!”

Interestingly, the departure comes just a few weeks after Glamour hired Anne Christensen as its new fashion director.
