Kelly Osbourne attended PETA’s 30th Anniversary Gala and Humanitarian Awards in Los Angeles this weekend, and while she’d rather go naked than wear fur, it seems like she has no problem rocking the glitter and cutouts. Osborne’s silver metallic dress had some side slices that made her waist look both super-tiny and curiously low.
