Candace Bushnell wore a strapless blue dress embroidered with fake flowers to last night’s New York City Ballet gala. Since it’s the ballet, we appreciate the skirt’s tutu-like embellishments, but those nubby petals look like they’d be uncomfortable to sit on for hours, which she had to do for dinner.
