Here Is Blake Lively on the Cover of Vogue’s Best Dressed Issue

Blake Lively is on the cover of Vogue’s “Best Dressed” special-edition issue wearing a plunging gold dress from Reed Krakoff’s spring 2011 collection, her arm a bit awkwardly splayed out to the side. The issue also features Michelle Obama, Jessica Biel, Lady Gaga, Sienna Miller, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Angelina Jolie, all of whom have appeared on the cover of Vogue except Gaga. But that could soon change.
