Michelle Williams attended the National Board of Review Awards Gala in New York City last night wearing a black lace Oscar de la Renta dress that tied at the waist with a satiny sash. Of course, this isn't the first time Williams has worn something lacy to an event: Back in October she stepped out in a red Erdem number with a similar hemline, and just last month she wore a white lace Prada frock to a press luncheon.
