Mariska Hargitay wore a floor-length black-and-white gown by Carolina Herrera to the Museum of the Moving Image’s tribute to Alec Baldwin at Cipriani last night. The dress is from Herrera’s spring 2011 collection and features embroidery, black beading, and gray appliqué details down the front.
