Cue all the Baby Spice and Spice Girl jokes: Victoria Beckham’s fourth child, due in July, will be a girl — her first with her husband, David. David only confirmed the news publicly at the annual L.A. Galaxy fan lunch last Friday: “We’re still in shock.
